My name is Megan Melton and I am a multimedia journalist. I graduated from Ball State University with a major in telecommunications and journalism news. I also have a Spanish and criminal justice minor. I am currently working at FOX59 / CBS4 as an Assignment Editor. I am an extremely hard working individual and I believe that it is a journalist's duty to inform the public in a fair, accurate and inventive way.

 

My current job includes manning the assignment desk on the weekends at FOX59 and CBS4 and writing for the morning shows. I also write web stories and I am in charge of listening to police scanners and calling dispatch in the case of breaking news. I work very well in a team setting, but I am not afraid to work on my own time.
